Organization: JumpStart Autism Collective
Location: Rio Rancho, NM 87124
Schedule: Weekdays only, block schedules between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full time or part time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour (training), then $20.50 - $21.50 per hour (after training)

Do you love working with children? Join JumpStart Autism Collective! You will make a difference in children's lives every day while working in a supportive, team-focused environment and receive extensive training to become a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

At JumpStart, you are part of a community that values everyday leadership, compassionate care, professional integrity, and evidence-based services. You will learn to make moment-to-moment decisions that keep therapy fun and engaging. We provide initial and ongoing training, real-time coaching from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), and professional development so you can grow with confidence.

What you will do

  • Provide one on one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our center using Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching principles
  • Collaborate closely with your team to teach learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive behaviors, including language, functional communication, play skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-help skills, to name a few!
  • Celebrate progress and help shape meaningful goals for each learner
  • Build strong, compassionate relationships with children and families
  • Implement individualized treatment plans with supervision from a BCBA

You will receive extensive paid training, RBT exam prep support, and ongoing skill development through in person coaching from a mission driven team nationally recognized for clinical quality and teamwork. We offer guaranteed hours for both full time and part time positions, a consistent weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, and primary work at one center with minimal travel. You will also have direct access to psychologists and senior clinicians for advanced support and mentorship through advancement opportunities.
