What you'll need to succeed as an Executive Deskside Support Technician at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience
  • 2 years' experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-year or 4-year Degree or vocational training equivalent in CS or MIS.
  • 10 years of experience supporting a corporate networked computer environment, including: installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment; building, deploying and troubleshooting computers; Providing executive/VIP support
  • MCP, MSCE or A+ certifications
  • Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and Telephony equipment support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 support.
  • Experience supporting Telephony equipment.
  • Mac OS experience

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Deliver world-class white glove support to all executives, onsite and remote, in a courteous professional manner
  • Develop solid relationships and demonstrate expert-level ability to inspire trust and maintain confidentiality to best support and improve executive-level needs to better understand how each individual operates and how to best support and improve their experience
  • Advanced Knowledge, Support, and Troubleshooting of AV, presentation, and teleconferencing equipment
  • Contributes to the recommendation of new technologies that will be beneficial to the company
  • Independently resolves complex, break-fix issues; troubleshoots user problems at the desktop or provides phone support to diagnose remote customer issues

Annual Salary Range: $106,383 to $132,978 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
