Job Description
Evident is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Pathology Sales Specialist. This position will be focused on account acquisition. Responsibilities will include leading the opportunity identification, qualification, sales engagements, contract closure, and success of new clients for Pramana. You must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and possess an eagerness to learn new technologies as needed.
This position will be based remotely with monthly travel to client sites and conferences as needed. Expected travel 50%.
Job Duties
Management of all accounts and prospects within the greater Chicago area territory.
Meet or exceed established booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
Maintain all client and prospect information and activity within the company's CRM system, currently SF.com.
Represent the company at business and scientific meetings and conferences.
Develop specific strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed targets.
Job Requirements
7+ years in quota carrying role calling on clinical or pathology laboratories in the Chicago area.
Demonstrated history of successfully meeting or exceeding quotas.
Strong understanding of US health system and commercial laboratory purchasing processes.
Executive level presentation, written and conversational communication skills.
Skilled at researching new target clients, prospecting, and managing complete sales cycle.
Consultative sales approach.
Ability to apply creative strategies and tactics to closing deals.
Ability to contribute to and manage the proposal and contracting process.
Ideal candidates also have:
In depth knowledge of the digital pathology market and competitors.
Existing area network of budget holding decision makers or influential champions at prospective clients.
Experience working in an early-stage technology growth company.
