Adventure Park is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
This is not an administrative position for someone who simply checks boxes. We are looking for a strategic partner, master organizer, and problem solver who can anticipate needs before they arise and keep the Director focused on leading the business.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant serves as the Director of Operations' right hand, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support.
This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate is proactive rather than reactive, solutions-oriented rather than problem-focused, and understands that anticipating needs is just as important as responding to requests.
This position will interact with leadership, employees, vendors, community partners, and guests and must represent Adventure Park with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and priorities.
  • Monitor and prioritize emails, correspondence, and communications.
  • Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively prepare information, materials, and solutions before they are requested.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, reports, presentations, and follow-up items.
  • Maintain highly organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Track important deadlines, projects, and action items.
  • Follow up with team members and departments to ensure commitments are completed.

Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director, leadership team, vendors, employees, and community partners.
  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Communicate information clearly and professionally throughout the organization.
  • Help ensure important information reaches the appropriate people in a timely manner.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external communications.

HR Support
  • Assist with HR functions including employee communications, record keeping, recruiting support, onboarding, and confidential personnel matters.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with employee communications.
  • Support leadership with employee-related projects and initiatives.
  • Handle confidential employee information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

Marketing & Community Support
  • Support marketing initiatives including social media, promotions, special events, community outreach, and internal communications.
  • Assist with creating and organizing marketing materials and communications.
  • Help coordinate community partnerships and special projects.
  • Assist with company events, meetings, promotions, and community initiatives.
  • Help ensure Adventure Park's brand, mission, and values are represented professionally.

Projects & Problem Solving
  • Coordinate special projects assigned by the Director of Operations.
  • Research issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Track projects from beginning to completion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and organization.
  • Follow up to ensure projects don't get lost or forgotten.
  • Jump into whatever needs to be done-even if it isn't listed in the job description.
