Job Description Prominent and highly respected venture capital firm is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a high-level, confidential Partner in Palo Alto. This is a high-impact role for someone who operates as a true right hand, managing complex logistics, exercising strong judgment, and helping ensure the Partner remains focused on investing, strategy, and impact. Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant to Partner Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid) Compensation: $180K - $250K+ base DOE + incredible benefits Industry: Venture Capital About the Role:As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive, managing day-to-day priorities while supporting longer-term planning and coordination.

You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution across a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Own and manage a complex, high-volume calendar, aligning shifting priorities across internal deal flow, board meetings, investor meetings, and external relationships Act as a gatekeeper to the Partner, protecting time, managing bandwidth, and prioritizing effectively in real time Lead end-to-end domestic and international travel planning, accommodating changes as needed Anticipate needs, proactively address challenges, and ensure the Partner is prepared and informed Serve as a liaison between the Partner and internal and external stakeholders, including founders, investors, board members, and other partners Qualifications: Experience supporting senior or high-profile executives in fast-paced environments with a preference in finance.
