Job description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Partner at a top-tier global investment firm in Midtown Manhattan. This is a highly visible, true right-hand partnership role requiring a polished, proactive, and exceptionally dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes initiative, operates with a strong sense of ownership, and enjoys being deeply involved in the day-to-day flow of the business beyond traditional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and extensive domestic and international travel planning

โ€ข Act as a true business partner by staying closely involved in day-to-day operations, priorities, and ongoing initiatives

โ€ข Attend meetings, capture detailed notes and action items, and help ensure seamless follow-through across projects and communications

โ€ข Coordinate investor meetings, events, and internal/external engagements with a high level of professionalism and discretion

โ€ข Communicate on behalf of the Partner with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts as needed

โ€ข Manage expenses and administrative processes with strong attention to detail and accuracy

โ€ข Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues proactively, and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-moving environment

โ€ข Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to a collaborative, high-touch support culture

Qualifications:

โ€ข 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience within finance, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment (flexible for exceptional candidates)

โ€ข Experience supporting senior executives in a high-performance, client-facing environment

โ€ข Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

โ€ข Highly polished, professional, and confident interacting with senior stakeholders and external clients

โ€ข Proactive, resourceful, and naturally relationship-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

โ€ข Ability to operate with discretion, urgency, and flexibility while managing shifting priorities

โ€ข Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and executive support technologies
