Executive Assistant to Principal, Boutique Financial Advisory Firm, Williamson County, Tennessee, Local Remote.
A well-established financial advisory firm, where one of the key principal's is located in Williamson County Tennessee is seeking an experienced, highly organized and professional "right hand" Executive Assistant The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably in the financial advisory space or in general finance, is well-organized, pro-active and has good business acumen. This role is local remote where the principal and the Executive Assistant will get together as needed for updates on projects and deadlines. We advise that the person spends as much time with the principal as possible to get an understanding of how he operates and prioritizes his day during the first 6 months.
About The Job:
โ€ข Serve as the primary "right hand" gatekeeper to the Principal, managing his calendar, scheduling meetings and setting priorities
โ€ข Manage his inbox, craft and edit emails and other correspondence on his behalf;
โ€ข Arrange travel arrangements with detailed itineraries, personal and professional
โ€ข Organize virtual meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all materials/reports, research and logistics are handled effectively
โ€ข Track and manage deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups for the principal
โ€ข Expense reporting
โ€ข Personal work; errands and ad hoc projects
โ€ขAbout You:
โ€ข At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Suite executive at a finance firm.
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree
โ€ข Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Professional presence with the ability to interface with clients.
โ€ข Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite; adept as using AI tools to help with process efficiencies; knowledge of Salesforce A Plus.
