Nick Van Gorp Real Estate is seeking a High-Level Executive Assistant to partner directly with a top-performing real estate leader. This role is for someone who enjoys having structure, driving execution, protecting leadership’s time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities

Compensation:

$45,000–$55,000 base salary


Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, scheduling, and executive priorities
  • Stay proactive, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving
