Job description

This position is based in our Newport Beach office.

Position Summary:

Holland & Knight's Newport Beach office seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a Partner in driving strategic marketing and business development initiatives. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that promote the Firm and its several (national and international) practice groups, with a focus on the needs of the local Southern California markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Partner and the Firm's marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage the Partner's extensive community and professional network to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Help manage the Partner's calendar and external communications, including social media postings.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts, events, community speaking, and client engagement initiatives across key Southern California markets.
  • Manage and maintain client and prospect data using CRM systems.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in refining marketing strategies.
  • Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Partner and the Firm's overall marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a strong sales orientation.
  • Advanced organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT systems (experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services setting is a plus but not required.

In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position is $107,000 - $160,000. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
