Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role serves as a critical partner in managing daily operations, communication, and priorities, enabling the executive to focus on high-impact work. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, exercises sound judgment, and takes full ownership of responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Calendar & Scheduling
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendar scheduling, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and meeting preparation
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings across internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure all meetings are supported with agendas, materials, and relevant context
Inbox & Communication
  • Triage and manage inbox communications with a strong sense of urgency and organization
  • Draft clear, professional communications on behalf of the executive
  • Route requests and follow-ups to appropriate stakeholders (Travel & Events)
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, offsites, and events (Operations & Project Support)
  • Assist with special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain organized documentation, workflows, and internal systems
  • Support recurring business operations such as weekly meetings and quarterly planning cycles
  • Monitor and provide insights on time management and priority alignment
Qualifications Required
