Senior Director / VP - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships (Microsoft + Workday Healthcare)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director / VP - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to lead and expand our strategic partnership ecosystem across Microsoft, Workday, and the healthcare industry. This executive will be responsible for driving alliance strategy, building executive-level relationships, developing joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and accelerating partner-driven revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise technology partnerships, healthcare transformation initiatives, and co-sell programs with Microsoft, Workday, and leading consulting partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership & Alliance Management
  • Develop and execute the organization's Microsoft and Workday healthcare alliance strategy.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Microsoft, Workday, healthcare organizations, and consulting/system integration (SI) partners.
  • Create scalable co-sell motions, joint account plans, and referral strategies.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Establish governance frameworks, executive business reviews (QBRs), and alliance performance metrics.
  • Healthcare Ecosystem & Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Identify strategic healthcare opportunities across providers, payers, life sciences, and healthcare services organizations.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to develop joint healthcare solutions.
  • Support strategic pursuits, executive client engagements, proposal development, and deal shaping.
  • Align alliance strategies with business growth objectives and healthcare transformation initiatives.

  • Represent the organization at Microsoft, Workday, and healthcare industry events, conferences, executive briefings, and partner meetings.
  • Build market visibility through webinars, strategic campaigns, thought leadership, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Strengthen relationships across the healthcare technology community and partner ecosystem.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Enterprise Alliances
  • Partner Sales
  • Ecosystem Go-to-Market (GTM)
  • Consulting Business Development
  • Enterprise Technology Sales

5+ years managing enterprise technology partnerships involving:
  • Microsoft
  • Workday
  • Global System Integrators (GSIs)
  • Healthcare technology ecosystems
  • Demonstrated experience building co-sell programs, alliance strategies, and partner-led revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry operations, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience engaging executive stakeholders, C-level leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
