You will lead projects and provide expert consulting to product teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. This vital role partners with teams to create and implement strategies that achieve business objectives within Technology and across the company.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement organizational change management and communications strategies Lead projects to support business objectives within Technology Consult with product teams to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives Create, maintain, and execute targeted communication and enablement plans Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align on goals and deliverables Draft, review, and distribute content related to change plans Analyze feedback and recommend agile updates to change strategies Identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of related experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, or Communications Demonstrated change and program management skills Ability to develop actionable change and project plans Excellent problemโsolving abilities; able to assess situations and provide direction Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills; skilled in negotiation and persuasion Experience working on agile teams Comfort with rapidly changing priorities Professional interaction with management, staff, and vendors at all levels Preferred Qualifications Ability to analyze outputs and measure success factors Skilled in creating and editing modern SharePoint pages Strong understanding of social media dynamics Experience using data and analytics for insights Workshop facilitation and training development experience Top 3 Must Have Skills Demonstrated Change Management Skills, including developing communication and enablement plans Skilled problem solver who seeks to understand and offer solutions Ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities DayโtoโDay Responsibilities Create, maintain, and execute communication and enablement plans Meet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align and deliver on goals Draft, review, and send changeโrelated content Analyze feedback to recommend agile updates to change strategies Identify disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 4 years Change Management and Communications experience Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Change Management and Communications experience Associate's degree and 8 years of Change Management and Communications experience High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Change Management and Communications This posting is for Contingent Worker, not an FTE #J-18808-Ljbffr
