This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in managing counseling sessions while providing care. Utilizing our telehealth platform, counselors interact with clients seamlessly, breaking geographical barriers to mental health services. The outpatient counseling structure supports clients on an appointment basis, enabling personalized care in a comfortable environment.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Adapt therapeutic modalities based on ongoing assessments, ensuring that each client receives the most effective approach to their well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and comprehensive support.
• Maintain diligent andaccurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while also integrating client feedback to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Stay current with evolving research, mental health best practices, and professional development initiatives to continually enhance personal and organizational effectiveness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services in a clinical or comparable setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and necessary technology to deliver telehealth services effectively.

• Previous experience in remote therapy delivery or telehealth services.
• Specialization in trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice in counseling.
