Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in the United States. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion will help enhance our HR processes, improve employee engagement, and contribute to a more efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules to meet client specifications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
