• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and their families, identifying emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting their recovery journey.
• Implement and tailor therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of methodologies including individual, group, and family therapy modalities.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and execute treatment and discharge plans that address the ongoing needs of patients following detoxification.
• Facilitate discharge planning by coordinating with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and the patient’s support network to ensure a smooth transition to further care.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding coping strategies for adaptation to their circumstances, as well as resources for ongoing support.
• Participate in on-call rotation to address after-hours emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Present at educational conferences and workshops, sharing your expertise in psychosocial care and advocating for patients' needs and rights.
• Contribute to community outreach efforts through education, consultation, and volunteer work to enhance local resources for individuals in recovery.
• Offer mentorship and training support to new social workers and staff, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team.

The primary focus of this position is on patients undergoing detoxification and their families, many of whom are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges associated with substance use disorders. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the support they need to facilitate their recovery process and improve their overall quality of life.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license in the State of Colorado.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a detox or substance use treatment environment.
• Strong understanding of psychosocial assessment techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively within a remote team setting.

• Experience specializing in addiction treatment and recovery support.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and digital therapeutic tools.
• Engagement in continuous professional development and knowledge of current trends in behavioral health.
