Job description

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has rapidly become a world-class event in its first three years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
Grand Prix Plaza is a multi-use complex and year-round destination for private events. The 29-acre property houses the state-of-the-art Las Vegas Grand Prix Pit Building. Outside of being the home of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX, Grand Prix Plaza is home to immersive experiences, including F1 Drive, F1X and F1 HUB, as well as three private event spaces.
SUMMARY OF JOB:
This is a limited term assignment beginning approximately July 20, 2026, and ending approximately January 15, 2027.

The Partnership Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix's Commercial Partnerships. This position ensures that all partner commitments are executed efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Partnership Management Team, internal operational departments, partner organizations, and external agencies, this role drives seamless execution of partnership obligations and supports the operational infrastructure of the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Partnership Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES PERFORMED IN THIS SEASONAL POSITION:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Translate partnership agreements into actionable plans, timelines, and workflows.
  • Oversee partner reporting, including proof of performance (POPs) and KPI-driven case studies, ensuring clear demonstration of partnership value and impact.
  • Ensure all partnership agreements are accurately tracked, updated, and fulfilled within Salesforce, LENND, and other internal systems.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Support the Commercial Partnerships team in achieving financial targets by driving partner efficiencies, renewals, incremental spend, and long-term value.
  • Work closely with the Partnership Management team on shared objectives, operational needs, and projects such as the Annual Partner Handbook.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and controls that promote consistency and excellence across partnership delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
  • 3-5 years of partnership operations, activation, or event management experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and cross functional alignment.
  • Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges in real time.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Consistent attendance and adherence to required work hours.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must reside in Las Vegas or be willing to relocate at own cost for duration of seasonal role

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to move about the office or worksite to access files, equipment, or attend meetings.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
  • Capable being on-site for extended periods of time.
