Position Description: Paszkiewicz Records Retrieval, an industry leader in records retrieval, is seeking to expand our records processing team. The right candidate must be flexible and be willing to adapt to changing work assignments. The primary responsibilities of the Records Representative are to send requests for various types of records and make detailed notes in our company database.

Daily Duties:

  • On site
  • Monday - Friday
  • Accurately inputs requests into company database
  • Produces professional and accurate correspondence
  • Proofreads entries to ensure accuracy prior to submitting
  • Effectively communicates with team to meet daily operational goals
  • Adheres to policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive documents
  • Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Reliable team player and self-starter
  • 1-2 years of previous medical office or processing experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills and data entry
