Job Overview:

A Medical Office Supervisor is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations in a medical office environment.
Essential Functions:
  • Works collaboratively with the Medical Office Manager
  • Supervise non-clinical staff
  • Maintain and ensure patient satisfaction and staff motivation
  • Maintain positive customer service
  • Assist in training and onboarding staff
  • Assist in patient scheduling, registration, billing, data entry and processing, and cash posting
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming site environment for patients; organize supplies, tools, and equipment to promote a productive workflow for site staff
  • Prioritize, organize, assign, and complete various written communications relating to providing clinical care and assisting coordination including daily eFax log and mail
  • Other duties as assigned by office manager

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in front office experience in a medical practice
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese required
  • High level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills: kind, compassionate, patient interaction with patients and team
  • Multitasking ability
  • Prior experience working in medical/clinical setting required
  • Familiarity with MDLand is a plus
