Medical Front Office Coordinator
Our client located in Corpus Christi, TX is in need of a Medical Front Office Coordinator to support their growing practice. This is an in office direct hire opportunity.

Medical Front Office Coordinator Role:
Medical Front Office Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment for patients while managing front desk operations.
Majority of the time will be spent supporting patient scheduling and administrative functions to keep a structured steady pace within the practice.
Greet patients and check them into the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Collect patient payments, co-pays, and process transactions accurately
Check patients out following appointments
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Schedule appointments including new patients, surgeries, and follow-up visits
Call patients to confirm next-day appointments
Scan patient documents and paperwork into the EMR system
Prepare patient paperwork for upcoming appointments
Balance daily collections at the end of each day
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment
Medical Front Office Coordinator Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of professional work experience in a similar role
1 year of medical office experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
