Department: St. Joseph Medical Group

Shifts Available: Days (No Weekends) 

Employment Type: Full Time 

Hours: 8-hour shift - 8:00 - 4:30

Location: St. Joseph Medical Center - Kansas City, MO. 

We are seeking a Medical Office Supervisor, also referred to as a Clinic Supervisor or Healthcare Office Supervisor. The Medical Office Supervisor oversees the daily operations of one of our medical clinics, including the work of both clerical and clinical staff. This role helps ensure patients receive timely, courteous service while supporting efficient scheduling, communication, and revenue cycle processes. 

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of clerical and clinical staff 
  • Ensure patient appointments, questions, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally 
  • Maintain clear communication between front desk staff and providers regarding schedule changes and patient issues 
  • Report to and support the Practice Manager or Director with clinic operations 
  • Assists medical staff with outgoing referalls. 
Qualifications

1. Minimum of two years medical group experience required. 2. Healthcare leadership/management experience is preferred.
