Job description

The Support Systems Developer/Engineer will design technical improvements (e.g., AI chatbots, Robotic Process Automation) to modernize the support desk. This person will automate processes to improve response times and enhance user experience. This person will design and implement improvements to support systems, developing automation solutions including AI chatbots and RPA. This person will analyze current support processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. This person will develop, test, and deploy custom solutions to enhance the capabilities of existing support tools and systems. This person will integrate AI and machine learning technologies into support processes to enable predictive and proactive support capabilities. This person will create and maintain documentation for all developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides. This person will collaborate with the support team to gather requirements and feedback for new tools and improvements. This person will monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments and optimizations as needed. This person will stay current with emerging technologies in IT service management and support automation. This person will provide technical guidance and training to the support team on new tools and automated processes. This person will ensure all developed solutions comply with security requirements and organizational standards.

  • SECRET Security Clearance Required
  • CSSLP, GSEC, or Security+C cerification (for Junior / Journeyman roles)
  • CISSP-ISSAP certification (for Senior role)
  • We are actively seeking multiple levels:
    • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Avalore will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Work Environment:
