Job description

Location: Charlotte, NC (preferred); Iselin, NJ or Frisco, TX considered; Hybrid with weekend WFH
Schedule: Weekend on-call/scheduled shifts for SDA Migration change windows (recurring, standing requirement) plus select weekday hours for BAU support
Role Summary: This role supports Corporate Services IT and Network Engineering through a shared-resource model, covering weekend network change-window validation for physical security and facilities systems, and weekday BAU support across physical security infrastructure, general IT operations, and network migration documentation.
Required Skills: - Hands-on network change-window support (pre/post-change validation, MOP execution) - Working knowledge of SD-Access (SDA) or similar SDN architecture, at a validation/troubleshooting level - Direct experience with at least one enterprise VMS/access control platform (Genetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard) - IP camera infrastructure troubleshooting (AXIS or comparable) - Standard IT support functions: provisioning, imaging, asset tracking, onboarding/offboarding - Strong written documentation skills - Ability to work standing weekend shifts as a core job requirement - Comfortable managing dual reporting lines across two internal teams
Preferred Skills: - Genetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard certification - CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Cisco networking certification - AXIS Certified Professional or equivalent - Facilities/environmental monitoring systems experience - Scripting/automation exposure (PowerShell, Python) - ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform experience - Prior experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare)
