JOB TITLE: Systems Support - REMOTE
LOCATION: REMOTE, FL
PAY RATE: $52.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

  • Performs after-hours support for business-critical tickets.

  • Maintains system stability and reliability through ticket resolution.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • Experience with Autotime system for ticketing and job management.

  • Experience with SQL for database querying and data validation.

  • Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and batch processing.

  • Experience routing tickets to responsible parties for development fixes.

  • Experience deploying fixes such as re-running failed jobs.

  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

  • Ability to verify successful completion of scheduled jobs.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and after-hours.
