Job Title: ECC XenDesktop/RPA - OSD & Support Engineer

Hybrid  (Atlanta GA or Cincinnati Ohio)
Duration :6-12+ months

 Job Summary:
We are seeking an ECC XenDesktop/RPA - OSD & Support Engineer to support enterprise desktop virtualization, operating system deployment (OSD), and robotic process automation (RPA) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure, supporting desktop deployments, troubleshooting end-user issues, and assisting with automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and administer Citrix XenDesktop/Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
  • Manage Operating System Deployment (OSD) activities using enterprise deployment tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, and virtualization-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of virtual desktop services.
  • Support RPA solutions and assist with automation deployments and maintenance.
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for end-user computing environments.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Citrix XenDesktop/Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS deployment and imaging processes.
  • Experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools.
  • Understanding of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise VDI environments.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Citrix or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
