Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The Systems Support Team Leader would be responsible for leading and managing multiple Sales Support Systems and processes including Salesforce CRM, Sample Products, Credentialing, Mileage reimbursement, and other systems and processes which directly impact the daily operational support of the field sales team.

The Systems Support Team Leader would be the main point of contact for the data and support of Salesforce CRM and is responsible for providing day-to-day operational leadership for Avanos Sales Support Coordinators.  The analyst will work with internal users and sales leaders to help maximize our systems and sales support potential.  Some responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, data governance, monitoring individual and team performance, provide coaching and feedback to ensure that team and business objectives are achieved, troubleshooting, improving our existing processes and integrations as well as help with implementation and testing of new processes as needed. In addition, this position provides feedback and insights in the development and execution of Avanos Strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Development of reports and dashboards

  • Administration and monitoring of users

  • System Monitoring and management for Salesforce.com.

  • Automate and process improvement.

  • Tracking and reporting of support needs and issues.

  • Communication of system issues as well as working with IT to resolve.

  • Documentation

  • Testing and implementation as needed

  • Developing, monitoring, and enforcing data management policies, procedures, and standards

  • Work with subject matter experts and process owners to improve data quality.

  • Ensure systems are maintained to meet and/or exceed key metrics including user support, training, data management, governance, administration and system enhancements.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to identify and implement process changes that free up resources or create cost savings.

  • Responsible for the management of team resources, including coaching, professional development and assessment, and effective resource deployment.

 

 

Your qualifications

 

Required:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer/Information Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related fields or 4 to 6 years of equivalent professional experience

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • 1-3 years CRM experience

  • 1-2 years internal support experience

  • Service orientated.

  • Communication (oral, written and listening), prioritization, organizational, project and process management.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-starter with ability to work with little work direction.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, set priorities, and manage projects.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in key systems including SAP, Salesforce.com,

  • Salesforce certification is an advantage but not required.
