Job description

JR190016 Learning Experience Designer II

The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.

Location: Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

How you will make an impact:

  • Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.

  • Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.

  • Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.

  • Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting.

  • Actively maintains all content.

  • Participates in quality review process.

  • Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BA/BS in related field and minimum of 2 years training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Experience developing eLearning using Articulate, Camtasia, and/or WellSaid.

  • Ability to translate processes and system changes into training content.

  • Strong instructional design knowledge (e.g., ADDIE).

  • Experience partnering with operations, product, and solutions teams.

  • Familiarity with Workday Learning or LMS platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle from intake through design, development, and delivery.
