This leader drives the design and execution of enterprise learning strategies that enable workforce capability, support organizational priorities, and strengthen a culture of continuous learning. Develops and scales learner-centered solutions that translate complex business needs into measurable performance outcomes. Establishes frameworks to assess learning effectiveness, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate impact. Partners across a highly matrixed environment to co-create solutions, align priorities, and influence adoption and sustainment of learning initiatives. Advances the use of modern learning practices and technology to deliver accessible, engaging, and effective developmental experiences.

Reports to: Vice President of Development Opportunity and Success
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field is strongly preferred.

  • Requires 8 plus years of relevant experience and 4 years of people leader experience.

  • Experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide learning programs in large, complex, or matrixed organizations is required.

  • Experience applying adult learning theory, instructional design, and curriculum development to build learning solutions is required.

  • Experience establishing learning metrics and evaluating program effectiveness using data and performance outcomes is required.

  • Experience using learning technologies, including learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is required.

  • Experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or other regulated industries is preferred.

  • Experience supporting workforce

  • Learning in compliance-driven or highly regulated environments is preferred.

  • Experience leading large-scale learning or organizational change initiatives is preferred.

  • Professional certifications such as ATD CPTD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are preferred.
