Job Title: Mailroom Assistant & Office Support Assistant
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 8-Week Contract


Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Workplace Operations & Office Support Assistant to support daily office logistics and operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate dock activities and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
  • Organize and manage stockroom operations
  • Assist with furniture setup and workspace arrangements
  • Provide general office and workplace support as needed

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of experience in office support, mailroom, warehouse, logistics, facilities, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
