Job Summary
- Responsible for managing all mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming packages (FedEx, UPS, Amazon) and processing outgoing shipments
- Check and replenish supply rooms daily
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference and scrum rooms
- Assist with conference room setup and support the FAST team
- Deliver packages to SMART lockers
- Handle light printing, copying, and laminating requests
- Provide backup reception support as needed
- Perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting (occasional shipments over 50 lbs; assistance and equipment provided)
- Pay rate: $19.50/hr
- Dress code: Black polo shirt, black jeans, black sneakers
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Job type: Temp to Engage, potential for permanent placement
- Parking provided
- Requires at least five years of experience in mailroom/shipping operations, conference room setup, and customer-facing roles
