Position Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning programs that support employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
This role plays a key part in modernizing onboarding, building internal training curriculum, and supporting HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Redesign and enhance onboarding to improve new hire experience and speed-to-productivity
  • Develop and implement structured training programs and curriculum
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify skill gaps and development needs
  • Support organizational change and HR transformation initiatives
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (in-person, virtual, self-paced)
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback
  • Create and manage learning materials (presentations, guides, e-learning)
  • Support leadership development and career growth initiatives
  • Maintain and optimize LMS content and reporting
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-5 years in Learning & Development
  • Experience designing onboarding programs and training curriculum
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives preferred
