Role Overview
The Hospitality Learning & Development Intern plays a key role in supporting the creation, development, and execution of training programs that enhance the associate and guest experience. This position partners closely with the People Development team to create engaging learning materials, onboarding programs, hospitality initiatives, leadership development resources, and communication tools that bring our culture and values to life. This internship provides hands-on experience in instructional design, training development,
associate engagement, hospitality strategy, and organizational development.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Create training materials that align with company culture, brand standards, and learning objectives.
  • Assist with writing facilitator guides, discussion prompts, role-playing activities, and participant exercises.
  • Develop creative content that supports associate development and engagement.
  • Research and recommend innovative learning strategies and engagement activities.
  • Support the design of presentations, training collateral, and communication materials.

Hospitality & Guest Experience
  • Help develop training content that supports hospitality, guest engagement, and service excellence.
  • Assist in creating tools and resources that help associates deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • Support projects that reinforce company values and hospitality standards.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Education, Journalism or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
