Title: Learning & Development - Instructional Designer
Location: Vienna, VA (REMOTE)
Duration: 6-month contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Learning & Development - Instructional Designer
We are seeking 1-2 Training Specialist for a six-month engagement from June through December 2026. This individual should have a strong background in cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based training who can bridge security, learning, and program execution. This individual should be able to evaluate vendor-provided content, align it to enterprise risk priorities, and drive measurable behavior change through structured training and assessment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
โ€ข Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs
โ€ข Background in behavior change or learning design
โ€ข Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs
โ€ข Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:
Training Audit & Alignment
โ€ข Review internal security training and standards
โ€ข Audit vendor content and map it to audience
โ€ข Identify gaps and adjust training program to target key behaviors
Program Planning & Design
โ€ข Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases
โ€ข Curate the training modules and simulation library
โ€ข Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing
Deployment & Execution
โ€ข Conduct baseline testing with ETS & Privileged Users
โ€ข Launch core HRM training curriculum across vendors
โ€ข Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
โ€ข Run follow-up assessments to measure impact
โ€ข Compare results to baseline to evaluate behavior change
