This role is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and execution of development programs and enterprise-wide learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational effectiveness.This position is located on-site at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. Monday-Thursday with Flex Fridays.Learning Management System (LMS) Support* Configures and maintains programs, campaigns, and courses in the Workday LMS* Provides timely and accurate reporting on training activities recorded in the LMS: attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics to support the organization's measurement and reporting strategies* Addresses user issues and provides timely system support* Monitors data accuracyProgram Support* Assists in coordinating end-to-end learning programs, from scheduling to evaluation, to ensure seamless execution* Provides logistical support for virtual and live training sessions, workshops, and events* Serves as the point of contact for L&D communications* Manages and maintains content libraries, master L&D calendar, and print and digital L&D materials* Manages vendor partnerships - coordinates and administers contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships for external training and development services**Skills & Experience*** Minimum of 2 years of experience in L&D or LMS administration* Prior Workday Learning experience preferred* Ability to manage priorities and work independently or collaboratively* Strong problem solver with ability to manage multiple deadlines* Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)* Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus**Education Requirements**Bachelorโ€™s degree required, preferably in human resources, or a related field**Travel Requirements**Percent of Travel Required: 10%Qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a protected veteran or other characteristics protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
