The Learning and Development Coordinator is instrumental in advancing Devon Energy's learning and talent development strategy by delivering comprehensivelogistical,administrative,andoperational support to the L&D function. This roleis responsible forensuring the effective planning, implementation,and execution of development programs and enterprise-wide learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational effectiveness.
This position islocatedon-site at our headquarters in Houston, Texas.Monday-Thursday with Flex Fridays.
Learning Management System (LMS) Support
Configures andmaintainsprograms, campaigns, and coursesin theWorkday LMS
Providestimelyandaccuratereporting on training activitiesrecorded in the LMS:attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics to support the organization's measurement and reporting strategies
Addressesuser issues and providestimelysystem support
Monitorsdata accuracy
Program Support
Assistsin coordinating end-to-end learning programs, from scheduling to evaluation,to ensure seamless execution
Provideslogistical support for virtual and live training sessions, workshops, and events
