About Spark ABA

Spark ABA is a growing ABA therapy clinic in Sugar Land, TX, dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to children with autism and their families. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help shape the clinical excellence of our practice.

Position Summary

The BCBA will oversee the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families, and ensure clinical programs meet the highest standards of quality and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs
  • Lead parent training sessions and maintain strong family communication
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and insurance documentation requirements
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to drive continuous quality improvement

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an LBA in the state of Texas
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new BCBAs welcome to apply)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
