About the Role
Quite Remarkable (QR) is seeking a Director of Portfolio Development to build and curate a distinctive collection of homes in key global markets. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding high-quality inventory aligned with the brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure premium homes in priority destinations
  • Build relationships with homeowners, brokers, and partners
  • Define and uphold portfolio standards and curation criteria
  • Negotiate agreements and manage the pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing to ensure alignment
  • Continuously refine the portfolio based on member demand

AI-First Approach

Salary Range
$110,000 – $130,000
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Incentive Plan—an initiative that rewards our profitability, overall success, and your individual contributions.
