What is a Freelance Learning and Development professional?

A Freelance Learning and Development (L&D) professional is an independent contractor who designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs for organizations or individuals. They often create customized learning materials, conduct workshops, and assess training effectiveness to help clients achieve their professional development goals.
