Job description

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Principal Talent Partner to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering transformational leadership experiences. You will be the expert architect and driver of high-impact initiatives that build capability for our Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President populations. In this role, you will move beyond standard program management to act as a thought leader and trusted advisor. You will partner deeply with HR leadership and business executives to diagnose capability gaps and co-create solutions that drive business results. You will balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, executing experiences at scale including coaching, leadership assessment, and curated development.. This is an incredible opportunity to accelerate business impact through leaders in an environment that recognizes leadership as critical to our culture and our success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Needs Analysis: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to use data and customer input to diagnose specific skills required of executives. You will translate complex business needs into effective development solutions that align with strategic priorities.

Program Design & Delivery: Design and deliver highly effective, inclusive leadership experiences, including workshops, blended learning, and in-the-flow learning. You will utilize different types of learning based on the situation, including in-person, self-directed, and virtual formats.

Executive Coaching & Facilitation: Leverage strong coaching and facilitation skills to engage leaders. You will help develop and evolve our external executive coaching program and expectations for engagement.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Create and implement measurement strategies for Executive Development outcomes aligned to key people metrics. You will establish a cadence to collect the 'voice of the executive' to integrate learnings into solution design and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-collaborative teams and partner with external vendors to deliver solutions without necessarily having direct reports, or potentially mentoring junior talent. You will act as a 'leaders as teachers' advocate, helping executives role model expected behaviors to inspire change at scale.

Innovation & Technology: Identify and leverage innovative tools, including GenAI and modern training applications, to strategically accelerate outcomes and enhance learning experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of experience in building and scaling leadership development programs

Strategic Expertise: A thought leader in leadership development with knowledge of industry trends and the latest research. You possess the ability to build business acumen and use it to design leadership experiences that achieve business results.

Instructional Design & Facilitation: Strong understanding of adult learning principles with a proven track record of designing content and facilitating sessions for senior audiences. You have a practical approach focused on application over theory.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization, including building trusting relationships with VP+ leaders.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle for complex initiatives, from conception to launch and evaluation, often managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; a Master's in Learning, Organizational Development, or I/O Psychology is a plus.
