*Applicants must have at least a CDA or higher ECE degree to qualify.

OurTeachers support our missionby creating enriching lessons that stimulate developmental growth and foster a welcoming environment where children can thrive. They collaborative with Classroom Support Professionals to enact their vision for the classroom.

Our Teacher position requires an active CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential or Associates Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education. If you do not meet this requirement, please consider applying for our Assistant Teacher position.

What will I do?

  • Plan and facilitate developmentally-appropriate individual and group lesson plans powered by Creative Curriculum structured by our Theory of Teaching and Learning (ToTaL)
  • Collaborative with Classroom Support Professionals to bring your lesson plans to life through engaging and inclusive play based learning approaches
  • Complete child development observations via Teaching Strategies
  • Establish warm and responsive relationships that allow each child to feel recognized, acknowledged and secure
  • Maintain a healthy, safe and clean environment and ensure all state licensing rules and regulations are adhered to
  • Develop trusted relationships with families by communicating on a regular and ongoing basis to relay information about each child's day
