About the Position

The Talent Consultant - Talent Insights supports data-driven talent decisions through workforce analytics, employee listening, skills architecture, benchmarking, and talent measurement initiatives. Under the direction of the Senior Manager - Talent Insights, this role develops and analyzes workforce metrics, dashboards, surveys, and talent data to identify trends and generate actionable insights. The Talent Consultant - Talent Insights partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Planning, Human Resources, and business leaders to support workforce planning, talent programs, and organizational decision-making. This role provides analytical, research, reporting, and program support for talent initiatives while helping measure the effectiveness of talent programs and identify workforce trends. The position performs analytical and consulting activities that help ensure talent decisions are informed by reliable data, workforce insights, and business needs.

Functions

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze talent dashboards, workforce metrics, survey results, talent program data, and reporting tools.
  • Administer and support employee listening initiatives including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, survey analysis, and related action planning.
  • Conduct workforce analytics to identify trends related to turnover, retention, promotion, readiness, internal mobility, hiring, talent movement, and workforce capability.
  • Analyze workforce data and develop meaningful insights, findings and recommendations for business leaders and HR partners.
  • Support talent analytics, reporting, dashboard development, workforce intelligence, survey analytics, and data visualization.
  • Conduct external benchmarking and strategic research to identify talent trends, market practices, workforce risks, and opportunities for improvement across Talent.
  • Maintain and support enterprise skills architecture data, skills frameworks, skills libraries, workforce capability reporting, and skills-related analytics.
  • Support assessment activities through data analysis, reporting, measurement, and validation efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders.
  • Analyze workforce and talent data to identify potential risks related to skills availability, leadership readiness, internal mobility, retention, and workforce capability.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives through workforce intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and research.
  • Assist with measurement and evaluation of talent, leadership development, learning, and workforce programs.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to provide program measurement, survey support, reporting, analytics, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives through workforce analytics, talent pipeline reporting, recruiting metrics, talent sourcing insights, market intelligence, assessment reporting, and special projects.
  • Maintain data integrity within assigned talent systems, reporting tools, dashboards, surveys, and analytics processes.
  • Perform analysis and reporting on talent programs and initiatives supported by this role and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is required.
  • The years of experience below may run concurrently:
    • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, Organizational Development, or related field required.
    • 3-5 years of experience supporting workforce analytics, reporting, survey administration, dashboard development, or related analytical functions required.
  • Strong written and oral communication required.
  • Experience working with human capital metrics, survey platforms, reporting tools, dashboard development, data visualization, workforce analytics, or business intelligence solutions. Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders preferred.
  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data, trends, and insights to audiences with varying levels of analytical expertise.

Travel Requirements
