Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research prospective customers and projects within targeted industries based on defined sales strategies
  • Conduct outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and professional networking platforms to generate interest and qualify opportunities
  • Gather and validate key information including customer needs, decision-makers, and project timelines
  • Document all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and opportunity details within the customer relationship management system
  • Qualify leads and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and territory sales managers
  • Support the transition of qualified leads and opportunities to the sales team for further development
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and overall performance

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
