Job description

We don’t wait for business to come to us—we go out and get it. We are expanding our growth team and looking for a relentless, process-driven Lead Generation Specialist who loves the thrill of the hunt and knows how to open doors that others find closed.

The Role

This is a pure outbound prospecting position. You won’t be sitting around managing passive inbound inquiries. Instead, you will own the top of our sales funnel: identifying high-potential targets, launching multi-channel outreach campaigns, and booking highly qualified meetings for our closing team.

If you are systematic, resilient, and motivated by a high-activity, high-reward environment, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Outbound Campaigns: Conduct daily cold outreach via phone, highly personalized emails, and professional networks (like LinkedIn).

  • Lead Sourcing & Research: Identify and qualify target accounts that perfectly match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, meticulous CRM database, ensuring all outreach data, touchpoints, and next steps are documented.

  • Overcome Objections: Confidently navigate gatekeepers, handle rejections, and pivot conversations to focus on the value proposition.

  • Hit Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs (e.g., dials made, emails sent, discovery calls booked).

Requirements & Qualifications
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You possess a high level of resilience, self-motivation, and a competitive drive to hit targets.

  • Proven Outreach Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or a business development role.

  • Communication Sharpness: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You know how to capture attention quickly and write copy that gets replies.

  • Process-Oriented: Ability to follow structured outreach processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without cutting corners.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and lead sourcing tools.

What We Offer
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + an aggressive, uncapped commission structure tied directly to the qualified meetings you book.

  • Systemized Training: We provide the playbooks, data, and tools—you bring the work ethic.

  • Growth Potential: Opportunity to scale into a closer or sales management role as the company expands.
