Star Dental Partners is now seeking a Lead Generation Associate who will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities. This candidate will also play a critical role in assisting with the marketing efforts of Star Dental Partners within a highly collaborative and motivated team. Responsibilities
  • Generate partnership leads for the company primarily through cold calling efforts
  • Build deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities
  • Outbound partnership prospect qualification and account research
  • Work closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads
  • Manage and maintain prospect database (HubSpot) ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Manage outbound mailing program and track response rates
  • Assist in additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in an inside sales or dental practice position
  • Local to the Greater Dallas, TX area and able to commute to the Plano office up to 4 days per week
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint)
  • Comfortability with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar database software tool
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
  • Ethical, results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment
  • Exhibit resilience and perseverance

Preferred but not required:
  • Healthcare services industry experience such as dental, veterinary, or dermatology a plus
  • Experience calling small business owners
  • Multi-site company experience

Star Dental Partners (SDP) is a private equity backed Dental Support Organization (DSO) that acquires private practice dental office throughout the Southeastern United States and provides industry proven non-clinical support services to our dentist partners. Specifically, the SDP team assists dentists with payables and cash management, revenue cycle collections and payor relationships, inventory management, payroll administration, human resources, marketing, recruiting, and back-office management.
