We are hiring a full-time, Demand Generation Manager to design, execute, and optimize end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue across U.S. and European markets. This role will develop regional and vertical-specific growth strategies, partner closely with Sales, and collaborate across ViClarity's global marketing team to support campaign execution and asset development.

Location: Seeking candidates remote within the U.S. or hybrid from our Des Moines, Iowa office.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the global demand generation strategy across healthcare, credit unions, banking, asset management, and insurance markets.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned to buyer needs, industry trends, regulatory changes, and regional market dynamics.
  • Define campaign KPIs, pipeline targets, and performance metrics by market and region.
  • Manage paid media budgets and performance across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Build and scale account-based marketing programs for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize sales funnel performance and report on MQL, SQL, and pipeline results.
  • Collaborate with Content & Sales Enablement Specialist, Events & Communication Specialist, and Sales teams to align campaigns, content, lead generations, and sales enablement.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or GRC.
  • Experience marketing across multiple markets, including the U.S. and Europe.
  • Advanced proficiency in paid media platforms, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, scale processes, prioritize effectively, and drive results through influence.
