Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will coach and develop Sales Assistants, monitor lead-generation performance, maintain strong CRM practices, and help ensure quality opportunities are properly documented and transitioned to our sales representatives for follow-up.

If you enjoy developing people, creating accountability, and improving lead-generation performance, this may be the right opportunity for you.

  • Monitor appointment quality and provide coaching to improve consistency and results.
  • Oversee CRM activity to ensure leads, notes, dispositions, tasks, and next steps are accurate and complete.
  • Monitor lead queues and identify opportunities that require additional attention or follow-up.
  • Help ensure bank, credit union, association, and other referral-partner leads receive timely attention.
  • Coordinate CRM users, lead imports, reporting, and data-quality needs with internal resources.
  • Prepare and maintain established lead-generation, commission, bonus, and department reporting.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Deployment, Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing when lead or merchant opportunities require additional support.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to identify team performance concerns, training needs, lead-quality trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support day-to-day department operations and maintain continuity when the Director of Sales is unavailable.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, business development, or a similar high-volume environment.
  • Previous experience managing, supervising, coaching, or leading employees.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate lead and activity records.
  • Ability to motivate employees and hold a team accountable to measurable performance expectations.
  • Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM administration, lead-generation teams, referral-partner programs, merchant services, payment processing, fintech, financial services, or B2B environments is a plus but not required.
