We're urgently hiring in our Lead Generation / Call Center in Fulton, MD (Howard County) for April start dates. Candidates in the surrounding areas, including Columbia, Baltimore, Annapolis, Silver Spring, Laurel, Crofton/Odenton and College Park, are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
  • Call potential customers over the phone-be professional, convincing and confident
  • Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments
  • Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment

What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

Work Schedule Availability:
This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work 4 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend shift each week.
One (1) weekend shift:
  • Weekend shift hours on Saturday and Sunday vary.
  • Specific schedules will be shared in advance.

Schedules will be first come first serve upon offers for this role. Available schedules are:
Sundays and Wednesday off and working 12p-9p Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturdays 11a-8p
Mondays and Saturdays off and working9a-6p Sunday and 12p-9p Tuesday-Friday
Mondays and Saturdays off and working 10a-7p Sundays and 12p-9p Tuesday-Friday
Sundays and Fridays off and working 9a-6p Monday-Thursday and 11a-8p on Saturdays
Standard Call Center Operating Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Sunday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Paid Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory two-week PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule.

Training class hours are 8:00-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday* first 2 weeks
*These hours apply only during your first two weeks. After training is complete, you'll transition into your standard work schedule based on call center operating hours.
