ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Growth & Demand Generation (B2B) Manager to lead full-funnel marketing initiatives that fuel qualified pipeline and commercial success across a diverse portfolio of B2B brands.
Working within a global marketing team, you'll shape scalable demand generation strategies while partnering closely with brand, sales, digital, and regional stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging digital marketing, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making to deliver meaningful business impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development of scalable demand generation strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Design and execute end-to-end B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple brands and global markets.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to enable localised execution while maintaining global consistency.
  • Oversee paid digital marketing programs including search, social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Drive campaign optimisation through testing, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with web teams to improve conversion pathways, website performance, and user experience.
  • Lead CRO initiatives through A/B testing, behavioural analytics, and personalisation strategies.
  • Develop and optimise lead nurturing and marketing automation programs that accelerate buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to align lead management, lifecycle stages, and hand-off processes.
  • Own reporting and measurement frameworks focused on lead generation, pipeline contribution, attribution, and ROI.
  • Partner with SEO and content specialists to strengthen organic demand generation strategies.
  • Support the development of organic social media programs that strengthen engagement and brand credibility.
  • Act as a centre of excellence by sharing demand generation best practices, frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years' experience in demand generation or digital marketing within B2B services or hybrid tech-service organisations.
  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Experience working in multi-brand and shared services environments.
  • Strong expertise across paid media, digital marketing channels, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, lifecycle optimisation, and sales alignment.
  • Proven success managing global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience reporting on pipeline performance, attribution, ROI, and revenue contribution.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
