Angels Window Washing is seeking a friendly and organized Inside Sales Representative to support our growing exterior cleaning business. This remote, part-time role focuses on reconnecting with existing customers, scheduling services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences using our CRM tools. You'll be a key contributor within a small, collaborative sales team, helping maintain a full appointment calendar to keep our crews busy and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Call past customers to schedule recurring services
  • Follow up on previous estimates and inquiries
  • Answer incoming customer questions promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments and update customer details in the CRM
  • Send follow-up texts and emails to nurture customer relationships
  • Recommend maintenance plans based on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM notes after each interaction
  • Help ensure a full, well-organized schedule for service crews
