TopFlite Components manufactures a wide array of high-quality connector products from circular, D-Sub, push-pull, micro-miniature, PCB mount, Micro-D, power, hermetic, filter, Mil-Spec equivalent,with an extensive line of backshells, mold/shrink boot adapters, protective covers, shield termination and custom design interconnect products.
TopFlite is seeking an Inside Sales Support person who will be the primary interface between customers and the internal organization during the sales process. The Inside Sales Support Rep will support the sales team with new and existing accounts and orders, be able to effectively communicate the status of the daily work schedule with internal and external teams. This role will be responsible for all sales support tasks and working cross functionally to get updates and ensure follow through. Strict attention to detail is required to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Inside Sales Support Rep will have the following responsibilities:
  • Support sales team with new and existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Process Incoming and outgoing quotes
  • Submits pricing requests to the sales manager
  • Submits orders to sales manager for review and approval.
  • Place or cancel orders in ERP system
  • Support customer request for information
  • Submits RMA requests to QA Manager & Sales Team
  • Provides approved RMA's to customers
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • The Inside Sales Support Rep will report director to the VP Business Development at TopFlite.
