Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails
  • Answer customer questions and provide price quotes
  • Work with clients to finalize customization details and artwork on orders (working with our graphic design team
  • Interact with appropriate departments to expedite orders and resolve customer issue
  • Ensure accurate and complete information captured for all projects
  • Coordinate projects to meet deadlines
  • Troubleshoot and solve client issues
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
