FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As an Inside Sales Support Representative with FCX Performance/Simone, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our sales team. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results!

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Inside Sales staff with any and all filing needs.
  • Maintain login information for customer's online systems.
  • Track "in-transit" invoices.
  • Provide order assistance and expediting when necessary to assist Inside Sales staff.
  • Act as a backup for delivering parts quotes to customer inquiries.
  • Open & distribute mail as well as maintain the postage machine including adding funds.
    • Provide phone coverage as needed.
    • Maintain "Welcome" area for guests and customers including updating lobby sign in a timely and accurate manner, maintain company literature, and provide coffee and drinks as necessary.
      • Arrange for lunches for client meetings, in-house training sessions, and company BBQ's

Essential Mental Functions:
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with emphasis on superior customer service.
  • Ability to relate to all levels of employees within the organization, as well as customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Ability to see "big picture" within a growing organization while focusing on company expectations and continuously striving for improvement.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word, & Outlook.
  • Strict adherence to Corporate rules, policies, and regulations.

Preferred Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's Degree strongly preferred. Business field strongly desired.
  • Prior experience with industrial environments & situations strongly desired.
  • Proven ability to provide maximum operational efficiency.
