Inside Sales Support

Inside Sales Support assists Fronius customers, Field Sales Representatives, the Technical Support Team and the National Sales Director. This role is responsible for creating quotes for customers, processing new product orders, tracking products throughout the repair cycle, monitoring inventory via an ERP tracking system, and tracking customer details in sales management software.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Acts as primary contact for customers, Field Sales Representatives, Technical Support Regional Representatives and National Sales Director.
  • Creates quotes for customers and sales representatives.
  • Receives and reviews customer purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Enters customer purchase orders into BaaN in OK point quality.
  • Sends order acknowledgements to customers.
  • Handles the authorization process of customer returns (RGAs) as well as processing credits for returned products.
  • Oversees the service process in the region including warranty, non-warranty, weld tests, good faith visits.
  • Maintains region warehouse inventory levels and office supply stock.
  • Oversees shipping and receiving, including ground and freight shipments, preparation of shipping labels and scheduling shipments.
  • Promotes and supports the "Fronius Way" philosophy.
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Associates Degree from accredited college or university preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 3 years' experience in Purchasing or Order Processing preferred
  • Must be authorized to work and travel in the U.S. and Internationally
  • Limited travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis in data entry
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a team member
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to read and understand operational procedures and work instructions pertaining to a designated work area
  • Possess a valid passport, or has the ability to obtain and pay for a valid passport
