Inside Sales
Department: Service Sales
Position Overview:
The inside sales role focuses on selling and managing fire protection repairs in existing facilities. This is a great way to learn the fire protection business and a pathway to career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and manage inspection deficiencies
  • Achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Log and pursue sales activity in CRM system
  • Order material, tools and equipment to complete projects
  • Coordinate completion of projects with customer and internal operations team
  • Gain a stronger understanding of the sales process and technical aspects of fire protection
Important Skills
  • Knowledge of the fire protection industry is helpful but not required
  • Strong communicator, self-starter, highly organized, positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
